Refund policy

Returns

If anything is wrong with your order, email hello@elumibooks.com within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Books must be returned unread and undamaged, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return we will let you know whether it was approved.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email hello@elumibooks.com.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a book is damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, email hello@elumibooks.com with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Signed and personalized copies

Signed and personalized copies are made to order. They can be returned only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Items we cannot accept

Digital downloads, free printables and gift cards cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email us as soon as you can and we will refund in full.

Books bought elsewhere

Copies purchased from Amazon or another retailer are covered by that retailer's return policy, not this one. Please contact them directly.
