Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, Elumi Finds Her Shine is available through Amazon in most countries.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Signed and personalized copies are written by hand, so please allow up to 7 business days before they ship.

Delivery

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Any promotional free shipping will be applied automatically.

Delays

Once a parcel leaves us it is in the carrier's hands, and weather or holidays can slow things down. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipping, email hello@elumibooks.com and we will chase it with you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email hello@elumibooks.com. We will replace the book at no cost to you.
